Additionally, bankers have traditionally been bank<\/p>\n\n\n\n oriented coupled with the fact that marketing is a recent American invention and<\/p>\n\n\n\n only in recent years have they become customers oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Based on the literature, the study was conducted to examine and investigate<\/p>\n\n\n\n whether New generation commercial banks understand and apply the strategic<\/p>\n\n\n\n marketing concept in their operation. The study was conducted on CITIZENS<\/p>\n\n\n\n INTERNATIONAL BANK LIMITED AS A CASE STUDY.
